The champagne was well and truly flowing to mark the end of the build completion at Baillie Park recently. To mark this momentous occasion Quantum Homes celebrated by hosting a “Concept to Completion” celebration in the grounds of their recently finished exclusive development Baillie Park.
Set amidst mature gardens in the heart of tranquil Branksome Park, Baillie Park is a unique gated development of twenty superior three and four bedroom homes. Built by local award winning house builders Quantum Homes, they have created a truly perfect living environment where safety, privacy and security are paramount.
In attendance was the Deputy Mayor Mr Lou Knight who kindly stepped in last minute in place of The Mayor of the Borough of Poole, Councillor Judy Butt who had unfortunately broken her leg that week and couldn’t attend.
The Deputy Mayor spoke in depth about the importance of aesthetics when it comes to a quality build and how Quantum have personified excellence in their classical Arts and Crafts style at Baillie Park. He offered many kind words about the developer’s passionate determination to create unique, beautiful homes that enhance the local surroundings.
He then officially declared the development as build complete by cutting a ribbon across the entrance of the exclusive complex in Forest Road.
Although build complete, the sales office is still open and marketing the remaining three bedroom properties. For your chance to view one of these outstanding homes starting from £595,000, please call the sales office on 01202 759829 to arrange an appointment.
